Hop oil HAL: A blended and standardised hop oil for consistent hop aroma.
Hop oil No1: A premium, blended hop oil.
Use Hop oils should be emulsified or dispersed in about five volumes of 96% ethyl alcohol. The emulsion or dispersion should be added to beer before the final filtration at an addition rate of 1 to 2 ppm oil (0.1 to 0.2 ml oil per hectolitre).
Packaging Normally available from Botanix in glass bottles containing 25 grams of oil. Also available in 1 kg and 5 kg aluminium flasks.
Storage Store in a cool place. Glass bottles of oil should not be exposed to direct sunlight.
