Botanix Limited have seven CO2 extraction plants. Six are located at the Paddock Wood site and one additional plant is located at our Eardiston Site. All extraction applications are backed up by a number of supporting and analytical technologies.
Extraction with CO2 is considered to be a green technology and is approved for extraction of organic materials by the Soil Association. The CO2 used for the extraction process is captured from processes that generate CO2 as a by-product and is used in a closed loop extraction system. An explanation of the Liquid and Supercritical CO2 extraction processes and technologies can be found [Here].
